Squat

  • 265x5 I hit the safety bar on my last rep and had a terrible wobble coming back up. It kind of looked like a see saw and it ended up being quite a struggle to get the last rep out but I know I can get 275.
AMRAP 20 Minutes
5 HSPU
10 Pistols
15 Pull ups 

16 rounds. The pull ups and Handstand push ups were surprisingly easy. The pistols however were very difficult after hitting a 5rm squat and definitely contributed to me getting two rounds less that my best.
