Did this one at home.

Kept it simple......
5 rounds
10 Handstand push ups
one minute v-sit

rest as needed between rounds.

Handstand push ups were strict chest to wall nose to floor and got challenging pretty quickly. I was breaking then up by the third round.
V-Sit was pretty easy, however a god option for training beginners to do L-sit holds
