Complete as many rounds and reps in 10 minutes as possible
1 snatch / 1 muscle up
2 snatches / 2 muscle ups
3 snatches / 3 muscle ups
...etc until the timer runs out
Loading was supposed to be 90% of my best 3 which would be 120, I decided to do 135. This was a bad idea because I ended up doing power snatches when I was supposed to do squat snatch.
I did 6 rounds + one snatch.
